One of the main pools will not be available and access to water facilities might be partially limited. An occasional noise in the pool area might occur from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on weekdays and from 9am to 4pm on Saturdays. No work will be conducted on Friday. Other pools (family and kids pools) and beach areas will remain open.

Our stay met all our expectations, we could not ask for more.

Room was very well presented with sea views and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was great & plenty to choose from on all the four days. outdoor amenities with the pools looked great ,did not make use due to the weather ....very humid.

Very good stay

Rooms are big, slightly old but nicely decorated, but overall an enjoyable stay. Pools are beautiful, pool staff are quick and extremely helpful. Kids enjoyed the kids club, the staff there were very nice. Nice location with private beach. Rooms were always clean when we came back at night and amenities restocked. Sea view rooms have a beautiful view especially at sunrise Beds are very comfortable Concierge staff were extremely helpful.

Most staff were nice and welcoming but you occasionally meet someone who’s unbothered to assist you. Some drawers in the room were covered in what seemed like wrapping paper with the four seasons logo which looked extremely cheap. Elements breakfast buffet outdoor area was understaffed, only 1 person servicing the outdoor tables. Breakfast buffet was big but mediocre, no pancake/waffle/crepe station, few fruit selection. In-room service breakfast was not up to standard, no fresh flowers in table, staff didn’t offer to set up the table. No basic amenities in room like dental kits and hair combs, you have to call them to bring it up. No water kettle and tea in room, just a coffee machine, very unlike 5 Star hotel not to have one. If you want to go to souq waqif or somewhere in that area, expect heavy traffic from 12 to 7 and medium traffic any other time which wasn’t ideal for our outings. Overall nice hotel and facilities just not up to the four seasons name.

My third stay. Tremendous value, perhaps due to the embargo.

Staff is superbly managed. Saw many familiar faces from last year. The "Barefoot Thursday" barbecue was a blast and the food was excellent. My son loves the property because he can walk to the City Center Mall. Starbucks directly across the street. Superb spa, great pools and beach. Half the price of the same product in Dubai.

Often saw only one person at the front desk. It would be great if a second employee could instantly appear whenever somebody was waiting. Not too much to ask of a five-star property.

The staff was super friendly and very cooperative. The facility is superclean. I really liked the gym and spa area. The location is amazing with very nice views of the golf.

My complaint was that breakfast was not included and it was a little bit pricey for a rather ordinary breakfast.

The fact that the ladies' salon is out of the building. I had to walk in the humidity and the heat in order to go back to my room.

Excellent service!

Excellent service! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Due to our flight times, we arrived very early in the morning and had to leave very late at night. However, we were granted an early check-in and a late check-out, which made everything so much easier. Obviously this depends on availability and how busy the hotel is at the time, but we were so thankful it worked in our favour. We ate dinner at the main restaurant two nights in a row. The food was great. The buffet breakfast was also amazing. So many options. The Nutella crêpes were my favourite. As usual, the staff were always smiling and willing to help. Used the treadmill at the gym, which had a view overlooking the harbour. Enjoyed swimming in the different pools too. There are several! If you prefer to swim in the ocean, there’s a dedicated section with a shark net. Comfortable beds. Spacious... oh, and they have mini bottles of Tabasco here! First time seeing them. They are so cute.

The food, room service and spa treatments at the hotel are all pretty expensive.
